I cannot recommend Ubaidullah at Clear Canal Clinic enough!
I was struggling with a severely blocked left ear due to a deep wax buildup, which was making my daily routine very uncomfortable. After being let down by long NHS wait times, I booked an appointment here, and the service was absolutely top-tier. Ubaidullah was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. He explained the microsuction procedure step-by-step and made sure I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The relief was instant, and my hearing is completely back to normal. Had ear microsuction today with Ubaid and I'm really pleased with the service. He was friendly, patient and very thorough throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure everything is sorted properly.

I went to see my GP and he confirmed that I had wax in my ear. I did a search for Clinics in Romford and found Clear Canal Clinic, Ubaidullah responded straight away and I had the procedure the day after I contacted him. I was a bit apprehensive but really there was no need. Ubaidullah explained the procedure to me and made me feel very safe. Now I can hear properly and I have his contacts on my phone for future needs. This is for keeps.

I had a really positive experience at Clear Canal Clinic in Romford with Ubaidullah. The clinician was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly and made sure I understood every step, which really put me at ease.

During the appointment, he discovered a foreign object in my ear and was able to remove it completely pain-free. I was genuinely impressed by how careful and patient he was throughout.

The clinic itself was clean, calm, and very welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I already feel so much better knowing the issue has been resolved.
